Deployment not so easy la.. There must be a reason why they do
this.. i am sure they also think about all these aspects of
deployment and then decide what is most efficient... From the
outside, I agree 59/88 should have few BNDEP duties. 50 can be
dual.. but 141 surely should be single depot controled. With the
same logic, 109 deployment is correct to have few BNDEP duties. If
we want BNDEP to take 88 duties, why would you want to reverse the
duties from 109?
