6759 does 159 everyday it seems. I too spotted its trend. someone here also mentioned it here. There are citaros on 159 these days.

This might be a replacement for SBS2698A.

What the 159 drivers are doing is crazy! Not just does it mislead bus fans, it can also mislead the passengers too! e.g SBS2751D appears on 156. However, there is a cut-out 159 guide next to the rego plate in the bus. A passenger might run off the bus, thinking that he/she has taken the wrong bus, only to find out that the sticker was not the actual service number.

6197C after doing 116 for 3 day and seen back on 159 liao

not sure also as now HG seem dun paste perm stix on this new buses anymore and now playing with this new buses by making them staying on 1 svc for a few wks or month then make them switch to another svc again .

SBS6128C seems to be missing from 101. KIV.
SBS6747R was actually a confirmed 101 perm before.
Also, SBS5232R is perm 113, but unsure if it is fleet add or perm replacing a bus. Definitely not replacing SBS6726B and SBS921T. (Please check the ett, and not hear from just "observations". Thanks.)
