PA4144Y (Sentosa Bus 2) - front 'BUS STOPPING' sign shows 'STOPPING'

SBS8853D (AMDEP 166) - quiet engine, though there is a 'hub reduction' sound... Rear doors damn noisy when opening and closing...

TIB549S (KJDEP 188/188R) - repainted rims... Was doing 188AP08 earlier (driven by chinese uncle in his 50s or so). Shiok aircon!

TIB966X (AMDEP RWS8) - 'BUS STOPPING' chime slight more high-pitched than usual... Both 'DOOR CLOSING' chime and sign working finally!

TIB746P bus stopping sign got problem. Light will go off when rear door opens but once the rear door is shut, the bus stopping light will light up itself, and will continue until the next time rear door is open.

NOTE: This was posted last week..till now when i board it on 172 today, this has not been rectified..pity the BC driving this bus...wonder what its perm BC is doing...

TIB828L does not have interior rego, but have a marker marking that wrote "828" at the side, left side of the bus stopping sign. Bus stopping sign facing the front of bus not working.

SMB200A (172AP05) only reached Blk680C bus stop (Jln Boon Lay) at 735pm when it was supposed to reach that stop at most 715pm. The following bus (TIB1085G on 172S102) only reached that stop at 745pm when it was supposed to reach that stop at around 725pm. This goes on till late at night. Caught SMB103Y (172AP04) and it bunched up with SMB200A (172AP05). Glanced at 172AP04 timetable and realised BC was supposed to reach cck int at 2129hrs, then depart for boonlay at 2140hrs. End up BC only reach cck int at 2200hrs (Late 31mins) and depart cck int at 2207hrs (Late 27mins)..serious jam? 172 schedule really very rush. only have 2-4 mins break at boonlay int and run time can be less than 40 mins during off peak...

SBS2990E was stated as 243 perm..and it was indeed on 243G today. However, i spotted 105 perm writing at coin box area, and not 1, but 2 of them. SL didnt update or redeployed?

PA4136X (Bus 1) - front doors open very slowly and quietly, but close normally (same noise and speed as normal doors) like PA5286P... LEDs on the EDS can be seen scrolling clearly through a small gap on the right of the front interior panel, looks interestingly nice... My favourite Volvo B7RLE Mk 1!

PA4139M (Bus 2) - front EDS still spoilt... 'DOOR CLOSING' plastic cover sign shaking and chime spoilt... Front doors open and close very fast, very loose like RU3721J...

PA4144Y (Bus 2) - engine giving screeching noises when accelerating, also giving out a lot of smoke... 'DOOR CLOSING' sign and chime both spoilt... Side EDS gives random patterns mostly, but sometimes shows route details (slightly spoilt)... Poor maintenance?

SBS7680S (CGBP 10) - diesel engine grunting and dirty aircon ducts... Squeaky suspesion at the rear...

TIB634D (KJDEP 190) - aircon very shiok, like TIB547Y, TIB549S and TIB586J! BC set EDS to 188 at HBF Int without route details, then he set 'MRT SHUTTLE', overlapping 188 on both EDS... Later, he changed to Resorts World Sentosa (static like RWS8)...

TIB761U (WLDEP 963) - flipdots on EDS very bright, looks like LAWO Aluma EDS...

TIB776C (AMDEP SP) - interior still has Phillips Aquatouch ads... Engine vibrating at one time obviously...

TIB806A (AMDEP SP) - aircon quite powerful! Nice Batch 3 O405!

Sentosa observation:

Took PA4139M (Sentosa Bus 2) on Bus 3 earlier. BC started trip at 4.30p.m... He sped all the way and reached the Sentosa Resort/Spa stop at 4.48p.m. However, the bus got stuck, because of a Mini Cooper (SGJ3033J) was parked at the left side of the driveway to the taxi stand/bus stop and the driver was blocked. He had no choice but to let the passengers off at the side. He horned repeatedly, but no response... He quickly whipped out his Samsung Galaxy S3 and took a photo of the car. He also spoke through a walkie-talkie, to inform the authorities about the matter... Finally, the owners of the car (a causcasian couple) drove away and the bus jerked towards the bus bay, although he got blocked by a Toyota Corolla with cargo being loaded into the boot. He finally left at 4.53p.m and managed to reach Beach Station at 5p.m. How fast was he?

* There is this Malay/Indian BC who loves A22, always full accelerates the bus and makes you feel like flying... Today he's driving SMB3020H. Hold on to the grabpoles while standing, hold on to the seat handles if possible. He'll bring you a roller-coaster ride...
