"Life is being happy, and making the people around you happy, whether it involves money or not."

I take back everything....change change change.... i think life involves money as well, like 90% of life is related to money, the rest of the 10% is up to you to decide.

Sekundes SG

Hmm.. Just about some definations of life u think.

I don't mean reading life.
Just seeing personal views on life...

Everybody's defination is so different, about life.
I'm still a young kid among u guys, Maybe heck I'm only 18.
But i'm just interested to know whats the meaning of life to you guys.

Life.

At 20, it's about having that girl and walking on the beach with her
At 30, it's about whether you should take up that expensive hobby and hoping the wife doesn't blow her top
At 40, it's fretting over your kids' finals in major examinations
At 50, time to see them graduate
At 60, go backpack if your knees are still strong.

One day, punch your card and book out for the last time.

Life is...heh heh.. full of bobians.

and if it is full of bobians then... really

Well, I guess I've been asking myself that question or finding the answer to that all my life. After all that searching, I still do not know. Really, I wake up every morning, I see the same face in the mirror. I board the same bus, the same train. I work in the same office (though I'll be out of it in a little less than a years time!ORD!) Having to please the whimps of the same boss, make a clown of myself in front of the same friends. The same desk, the same monitor, the same work, and it all stops at 12.

I try to be different, but similarity returns. I try to be better but fate just drags me down. I try to become someone I'm not and I feel disgusted with myself.

Life, what is Life? A mockery? Or just an identity which we created just to assure ourselves of our existence? Life is false!

ShrodingersCat SG

that's.. Mmmm that's what happens if you keep looking outwards for your answer and not.. inwards.

Life is mundane. How many of us lead lives like Indiana Jones or Super Models? You got to make peace with yourself first, that even within the mundane, there is beauty and meaning - or else there really isn't much point. Especially if you are the type who think about it - cos many don't u know.
and only when you have 'scrubbed' the windows inside, then you can look out and see clearly.

Recommend you a book? I thought it was a very enjoyable and meaningful book. Think the title is "Anne" by a writer called "Finn".

Sekundes SG

You can make a difference, depends on how you make that difference.
What I see really needs you to make a big difference to yourself.

Never try to become someone that your not, because your a unique someone on your own.

Maybe you need something to bring out the child in you again ?

Sekundes SG

is it nice that book ? Maybe a link of it online ?
There is beauty from life itself, even though you have no found it. its there.
Taking life to another level and try living life to the fullest, makes a whole new difference...

^^,
ShrodingersCat Nice one !

Life is like a blank sheet of paper. You decide what to draw and write in it. Wheter it will turn out to be a masterpiece or a trash depends on your skill and decision.
