if it's the power supply thing, go to power supply, have a talk
with them.
show them that u wanna pay, but u're unable to clear at one
shot.
borrowin money won't solve anything. u'd still be owing that same
amount, to a different entity thats all.
Go talk to power supply. see what canbe make of this situation.
