Bus rear door could not close after alighting its passengers.
Apparently this bus has been facing problem along its way (info
from another BC) and at least 2 buses (SMB213M, TIB738M) overtook
it. When i board the bus, it was already 28 mins behind schedule,
following closely behind TIB738M with less than 10 pax. At Opp
CCK MRT bus stop, after alighting pax, BC tried to close the rear
door many times, and even walked to the rear door to force it
close, but to no avail. BC called OCC and OCC told him to declare
breakdown. Good thing all the pax had alighted so no pax were
affected. But it caused jam behind as at that timing, the bus stop
is super busy with SMRT buses as well as private buses. Some of the
buses were TIB463E, TIB551J, SMB88H, SMB224G, Unknown DAF on 975
and our dear Ex OC from SBS (PA9588S).
