Rental of 1-room flat

Intending to move out n settle outside for some period of time. I know it will be a very difficult process. But i reckon this might be a better idea for me n my mother. Am quite disappointed with her doings, well, shall not discuss too much abt her. Main focus is.. where to locate a budget flat rental?

to rent 1 room flat need to get govt. approval. i mean u must b eligble for the application. i think thoe 1 room flat are for those old folks n no relatives. guess u need to rent just 1 room from 3/4/5 rooms flat for time being.

ya…I also think renting a room in the open market is a better option.

But be prepared that lots of restrictions might be imposed on you and you might be given limited privacy? Of course, that would depends on who you rent the place from? Make things CLEAR beforehand... What can be done and what not... Find out a bit more about the landlord as some of them might be quite 'problematic' of their own...

Renting a whole apartment (with 1 room?) would probably be a better option, but of course... It should cost you much more...?
