運輸署向立法會提交的文件指出,由○六至去年底期間,城巴(專營權一)每年平均脫班率為百分之一點八,低於同期行業整體的百分之三點四;但涉及的交
通意外率卻較多,按每百萬行車公里計,平均每年有五點二三架次涉及意外。城巴亦擬再購買共約三百四十三部新巴士用於該專營權網絡,取替舊巴士。
新大嶼山巴士方面,每日載客量由○七年約四萬四千多人次,增至去年約六萬四千多人次,增幅約四成六。一二/一三年度除稅後
盈利錄得一千萬元。政府表示,期望明年初與巴士公司完成相關延長專營權的商議。另外,運輸署的調查顯示,有八成八受訪者滿意上述兩家專營公司的整體服務質
素。
KMB getting cui over the years...
Though NWST fleet maintenance do leaves much to be
desired...
Really hope TKO - TW svc can be operated under NWFB... If under
KMB confirm the route will circle around half of Kowloon instead of
express after TKO... Plus all the times KMB underoperate/off
schedule, deploy old and non-WAB buses to K depot, and fare hikes,
I think KMB seriously does not deserve this potentially high profit
service...
