Lately,i have been going through tough times at work.Its a new job and it totally doesn't suits me.My performance sucks and always kana scolding from my colleagues,supervisors and customer.Just like a punching bag.I have to work at least 2 months before i can quit.

Its reali toturing,and its starting to make me feel depressed.Can anyone offer me any advise or console?Thanks. Crying or Very sad

how long have you been working in ur company? mistakes often happens to new comers. learn from mistakes and be willing to learn. good luck

work hard … work ur way up the ranks … then ur turn to scold them back.. say tat u come in not long but so fast promoted …then u will get lackeys from some of them …. jia you ..

hmmm... the job doesn't suit you... in what sense? just because you kept making mistakes... (when you are new you are bound to make mistakes) or is there some other reason... what do you do.

you can approach this problem with two choice...

1) drag your feet, hate every minute of your two months and let your job performance hit rock bottom.

2) see this as a challenge. work hard to prove to your boss that you can do better... try harder to make friends with your colleagues... and at the end of two months consider if you still wanna quit.

whether u wana quit or nt, just dun quit for the moment first...complete till one yr first...so as to give yourself another one last try...

to be frank, whether u want to leave with your head high depends on how u face these problems during this period...and how u want your employer and colleagues look at you....

also, why and when u leave will affect your next employment....

seems impossible to solve...but trust me, u can solve them eventually...
toughen yourself up...u will nt learn and grow if u dun face problems....

Actually look at the one and only side... The pay.

If the pay is compensating enough, then stay on, if not... better reconsider...

Cheer up. Work /Job is jus part or ur life. No need 2 bring hme d unhapiness tat had happens 2 ur hme after office hr.

Collegues are usaully VERY UNFRIENDY 2 new ee' tat jus join them.
Few years ago, i jus join a Co. tat provideds Tpt. I sat on the very 1st seat in the bus on my 1st day of work in am. Next few stop a guy by the name of Alex he aborded d bus & shouted at me fiercely.... Y U TAKE MY SEAT? U SEAT my SEAT 4 WAT? Everybody look @ me. I was so........... Confused

I was once bullied when i jus join the Co. abt 10 yrs back. The Engineers tell me my job included tat i hve 2 make coffee whenever they hve meeting in the board rm. And i did. The Coip auntie scolded me think I'm taking away her job. The guys laugh. When my superior learnt abt tis, she had a wors & scolded the Engineer 4 me & also reported 2 the Engineering Dept head abt tat. Rhe Engineers hate me fm tat dy onwards.
