I guess just try to talk more...
for me I was shy because i was afraid that others would judge me,
make fun of me and not want to be my friends... but slowly i
realised that most ppl do not wait for ppl to come along so they
can make fun and judge them, that most pl are sincere... and most
of the time they are pretty accepting too EVEN if you make a fool
of yourself.
