I think so too. Frequency of 08-10 minutes enough to start with.

I just saw a training bus in Jurong West Street 42 running in the opposite direction in which 334 and 49 usually be running. It exited to Jurong West Avenue 1 (facing Corporation Road).

Anybody can clarify what this could be?

Anybody can clarify what this could be?

Possibly trainee drivers for 49. All the BCs on 49 seem to be new drivers...and 49 is a good starter route.

with a huge no of BTO flats coming up, not surprise if yishun needs another feeder. i also think these roads too since there are no bus going there (nearest 811, need to walk so far)

I would be surprised if this new service does not cater to st 20, 21, 22. 811 is over-crowded. It needs relief with a new service that caters to the inner streets and takes off some load from 811.

Also, Yishun Ave 6 is very poorly covered by services. 806 covers only the southern part of Yishun Ave 6. The central part has no service. There are also many dorms there, but of course, LTA does not care for the working people there.
