a new pair of bus-stops are completed at the extended road of Edgefield Plains (behind Punggol Drive) to serve the newly completed flats. but end of this road is a roundabout.
anothe new bus-stop at Hougang St 91 (outside Hougang Sec).

The new pair of bus stops at Hougang St 91 (another one will be on the other side of the rd at blk 925A) will be for City Direct 660, starting 23 June. A basic bus service may be introduced or amended there in future, though unlikely.

Hi mr BusAnalyser, I think you get it slightly wrong. Sbs3688Y mentioned new bus stops at edgefield plains. The stop points you mentioned are all at edgedale plains. Edgefield plains and edgedale plains are 2 different routes. Greendale primary school and blk 138 are obviously at edgedale plains. After Punggol drive (Damai), it must turn to the bus stop at edgefield plains. If it crosses oasis LRT as what you mentioned, you are advocating edgedale plains. So sorry. Roads are all wrong. okay. Yes I got it wrong, but I think the route I am proposing makes sense, so LTA should introduce in future.

New bus route for one stop along HG St 91... seems unecessary.. why not just edit 116 to ply this route.

Unless, it is a service from Buangkok Link via st 91 and st 51/52 to Buangkok MRT, then it would make sense to create this new link.

Hi mr 201911, oh yeah you are right. I just check city direct 660 which has this bus stop along hougang st 91 indeed. Yes if the bus stop is built, it gives more compelling reason for LTA to get other bus services in. Cheers.

Hi mr BusAnalyser, the bus stop is for city direct 660. But in future, new links may be created. At least we can be happy now that the bus stop is up, all other possibilities are much easier to implement. Cheers.

Why?Thanks to the complain Kings and Queens..Bus late complain,Bus bunching complain,Citaro come complain too narrow,KUB come also complain bus vibrate,High capacity bus half full complain,BC never smile also complain..Next time i suggest those kings bring along a mirror to reflect themselves before complain unnecessary

Must really look into what are we complaining..I will if the relevant svc show continously patterns for months and if the operators giving stale reply

Thanks to LTA, we actually expect our PT system to be very high standard, but can PTOs manage the changes needed for such a sophisticated PT system? That's the question. Can the manpower take it?

Hi mr carbikebus, I beg to differ. I think sbs transit has done a fairly good job in the transport situation in Singapore. I do not think they have this complacent attitude, even in their stronghold territory. Even if sbs transit has this attitude, nobody should begrudge them because they have really done a good job in my opinion. The same is not true for smrt. Cheers.

I'm just asking a question to what user carbikebus said... You have no need to get so fussed up over my post. Sorry if I have offended you by mentioning your name in this manner. I know I'm younger than you, who are an adult and have more knowledge than me. I acknowledge that fact. But, please don't be rash in your actions. You can rant about bus issues here, but don't insult anyone here, because you will have only one thing, an enemy. This hobby is to enjoy, not to hurt.
