I don't think 20 should get DDs.
Most of 20's pax are short-haul pax which does not take the full
route from CBP all the way to Tampines. Thus I don't think svc 20
is suitable for DDs.
On the other hand, 20 couldn't even get its peak freq right,
with some buses coming after more than 10 minutes during peak! So I
think it should start off with fleet add first.
1 WEG spotted on 20 just now @ Simei St 1, Tamp-bound. On MRT so
didnt took a pic though
