I am unable to offer any comforting words as I myself is also facing some problems now .. but I believe our hearts will be with you in this forum ... I hope the truth will unveil when you attend court in Sep .. Talking about "A person is innocent until proven guilty". Seriously, I am not sure whether this is true in Singapore ... I am very very doubtful ... To me, it's more like "You are guilty until proven innocent" .. Sorry I might have been too prejudice in this aspect but I do have my fair share of unpleasant encounters ...

Anyagerger SG my case is also like that.. my mum not in the condition to give her statement. The police officer just keep asking us to wait. If my mum cannot give her statement .. then maybe the case will be close soon... so I need to get a lawyer involved to sue the driver .. for causing such a serious damage to my mum... sad to say though ... the police are not doing their job well ... we were informed by the police saying that my mum is in A&E after a accident ... did not even tell us what happened ... where she got hit... so sad ..
