Afterall, SHE's paying for YOUR expenses. Don't like her nagging? Choose younger girls. Don't like younger girls? Then tolerate her nagging.

dude.. wake up your idea... when you get married, i presume you will move into your own house. 3 room flat, let's say. 500 bucks a month is not even enough for phone bill, utilities bill, newspapers, gas, food..... serious... my family is not rich, and we need more than 500... gosh...

anyway, money is necessary. if you dun have a decent paying career and enough savings, best not to get married yet. tan qian shang gan qing. once u get married, money matters sure will crop up.... se let's just be realistic now...

I am sorry to say that money is a major factor. Most of the girls use the number of present or money you lavish on them to measure the level of love you have for them. They may not mind when they are young but when they grow older, they will realise money is very important. Love may died but money that put into the bank will never disappear unless she spend it.

wat's the problem wif u? can u support yrselves with your own income? den pay for your own! go dating set aside an amount lah and dun over spend. once or twice a year go tour lah...aiyo i tot those lower income ones should know and can pan better aas compared to spendthrift and higher income earner? remember to set aside some for marriage anda family afterwards Mr. Green its noot lie guy must support gal's parrents since guy not rich den can gal support guy's parents or family orso?

So money is important....and in Singapore.. it is very very important.

I emphatise with u. U can't expect a high salary without experience and qualification therefore both of u must face reality. Indeed, u can talk about love and devotion but u can't eat and live without money. Talk to her. If she value your relationships, then she must be patience and understands.

By talking to her does not guaranteed that the problem won't cropped up again. U will also have to be patience and understanding because of her daily stress and money stress.

Give yourself time. Don't give up. Work hard. Everyone needs to start somewhere.

By right u should be paying your own share and not sponge on her all the time. I'm sure u have an allowance. Learn to manage it properly.
If u need extra cash, do some part-time/ tutoring. Don't give excuse u are studying.

Well, you just have to work harder, I think she has already done a fair bit to support you. BTW I'm a guy, so it is not a girl siding with the fairer sex!

Money is important not only for this moment, it gets more important as your relationship progresses, money for marriage, for housing, for the kids education,...... So running away from it and blaming her at this point is not a solution. Time to sit down and think what you can do to help. Like what the others say, being a student is not an excuse. So if you are not prepared to shoulder this reponsibility, you should set her free.

Not the #1 factor but veri impt issue that a couples must learn to tackle &
resolve specifically before marriage Rolling Eyes ..... not all gals are materialistic but
which GAL will not love to have their guy pampering and providing for them ultimately
instead of the other way round...... Wink ......
