She's telling you nicely not to chase her. She's rejecting you
nicely. If you still have not realised that, pls do. Studying
together is for buddies, you want her as a gf, do couple stuff...
not study buddies.
If she really likes you, she'll be all the more thrilled u are
willing to spend on her. She'll want to spend time with you in what
ever way. But she's trying to be nice, to see you as a fren, maybe
a bro... so she's willign to spend time with u... while she's
studying 
It's a bad thign to be too focused on a girl. Go date others. I
believe in multiple dating until you have exclusivitiy with a girl
as in GF, or wife etc. When u date other girls concurrently, it
keeps ur mind open n does not make u desperate to want to spend
time with juz 1 girl. It'll also increase ur attractiveness in this
girl's eyes.
