i must say that he's not experienced enuff on porn stuffs or he's too lazy to HIDE it, if he hide it well, u wont know at all, then u wont feel bothered about it, he can watch it while u are not around.
- clear IE history, cookies, temp file etc, that's the basic.
- clear or disable the whole "documents" thing on Windows.
- hide in folders that cant be browsed easily. like in Programs files/common files/ there create some folder and sub folders to hide it, then add hidden attribute to those files and folders. Then disable the "show hidden files" at all time, only enable when he want to watch.

there are many other ways to lower the chance of getting caught by u, if he's willing to take the trouble. And btw, i watch porn since i started to have a PC that can go internet, before that also go watch video tapes when in sec sch. Most of my male frens also watch.

For the problem on his comments about your dressing, this is human nature...... got sexy girls we want to take a few looks for sure, but we dont want our girl fren to be looked by other guys.

Oh come on... Stop pretending to be a stiff-upper-lipped fuddy duddy. If watching porn is enough reason to warrant a breakup between couples, I suppose the majority of Singaporean couples should be considering separation right now. Yes, excessive and obsessive addiction is bad, but men have this wonderful hormone called testosterone in them. Porn is but just an avenue that helps guys relieve themselves of the pressure, and it's pretty harmless if used with the right attitude.

Furthermore, a probable reason why the threadstarter's BF has to resort to porn may be that his GF is doing nothing to help him relieve of his sexual needs.

Sadly I agree with Kenneth and Drifting guy.... In singapore our culture frowns upon such acts like watching, surfing porn, having premarital sex... etc but all these are happening right under our noses (so to speak) we just choose to turn around and say nope it doesn't exist cos we didn't "SEE" it...

I bet there are not many here who can HONESTLY say "I have NEVER watch porn in any form, never Surf the net and search for pron before..."

Even the most decent guys or gals i know said they have at one time or another surf porn...

Blame it on curiosity... blame it on the media.... the devil even... truth is it's all around and it's way too accessible to be wiped out.

I have no idea how the priests and monks relieve this pressure, but I'm pretty sure they do. Haven't you heard of Catholic priests preying on young boys? That's just an extreme example.

I won't actually encourage my kids to surf porn per se, but if they do it discreetly and know the limits (e.g. not affecting their social life or causing themselves physical bodily harm), I'll most likely turn a blind eye to it. Anyway, whether you allow them to do that or not doesn't really matter, they'll manage to get hold of porn somehow anyway.

Like it or not, we are dressed up for people to see. If not why bother to dress up when u are going to town (orchard areas, etc)? There are kinds of messages u send out to others when u dress in a particular way.

I think guys dun like their gfs to dress too revealing. Its not that they are controlling or wat. They just dun like it that way. Just like how u girls dun like ur handsome boyfrens to be stared at by others. Its the same theory.

P.S: After careful studies, one category of man are more susceptible to such behaviour (Control dressing from their woman, but readily ogle at other ladies) - man with certain degree of chauvinism, usually display such mindsets.

sorry, no much good advise to give, your case is not so extreme and serious.

This is an obvious case of lack of communciation. try to communicate more. maybe can ask him out for some serious talk, try to give way to each other, be sincere, don scold him any further or don vent you anger on your guy.

miss pure, don you think its abit too harsh? both of them are still young. The guy still growing up. he will drop that habbit as he get older. one day, he will notice that all the pictures look the same and all beauties also look the same, long hair, big eyed and so on....

As for his MCP, that strictly needs to be communicated. I know girls need to be self-confidence and one way they can achieved that is by dressing sexiliy. looking from another point of view, gur's guy just want to protect her from other guys' ogling right? get your point across.
