i dun encourage to help them. there is one old lady who appeared in
the tv. she hangs ard sungei road area.
thing is everytime see me must demand i give her $1 for the tissue.
but tat is besides the point.
one fine day, i went to waterloo street, there she was, sitting on
a wheelchair selling tissue.
