stellazio SG yeap, 1 hour lessons is quite tiring already. I learnt how to jab,hook and uppercut and kicks and knees, the stance. A few set moves. Usually you learn your own during sparring sessions.
junior 2007 member SG For good Muay Thai, you can try Tanglin Community Club. This is the only CC in Singapore offering martials arts from Thai to Phillipine martials arts. They have very good teachers and won medals every year from international fights. Can drop by and see. I am with them 2 years already.
