He is not looking at your eyes while chatting can be due to one of the reasons,

1. he is hiding something.
2. he is not used to having eye contact.
3. his personality lack self confident.
4. he thinks that it's cool not to have eye contact.
5. The floor looks nicer than...

Anyhow, I think you are over sensitive about his statement. If he don't like you, he won't be sharing his problem. Just happened that his problem lies in not knowing how to handle a relationship doesn't mean he doesn't want a relationship.

1. has emotional baggage - from past relationship/s and wants to take time to sort out his issues before he commits into a new relationship.

2. doesnt know how - never had gf before is shy and dont know what to do or handle you

3. is not into you - at least not that much and doesnt want to have any relationship with you

4. giving excuses - not interested in you at all so this is an excuse

but we went only thrice ktv for chill out, and happen he can memories those few songs which i will pick or know how to sing (fav). wat does this mean ?
if u r not interested in someone will u notice these small details, like whether this gal is singing these songs during every ktv session ?

Sms and ktv are wrong ways to see whether a guy or a gal loves you or not .
Cos it can means lots of things not only love.

When you are in love even the smallest things he or she does is of great deal to you. Try not to let this small things misled you and take a step back to look at things, as these actions may not be actions of love but only friends way of showing corcern to you.
