Hi BabyRS
The essential of your topic is veru profound. What I am going to
"say" here maybe not what you are looking for. But I hope my
sharing of what I feel can help you.
I feel basically we are too hard on ourself. Learn to be more
forgiving to yourself. Learn to say "no" to thing in life
sometimes. Learn to be more responsible for yourself. I believe
that is the first step to love thyself.
Regards

in your own mirror...
and each will smile at the other's welcome,
And say, sit here. Eat.
You will love again the stranger who was yourself.
Give wine. Give bread. Give back your heart
to itself, to the stranger who has loved you...
all your life, whom you ignored
for another,
who knows you by heart.
Take down the love letters from the bookshelf,
the photographs, the desperate notes,
...peel your own image from the mirror.
Sit. Feast on your life.
For after all that's said and done,
Only by learning to love yourself,
will you learn
to live unselfishly.

Does anyone really understand how to actually love oneself
selflessly?[/b]
