Dear Galtwenty,
If someone accepts me for any reasons other than love, it wouldn't
be the best reason for someone to be with me. If a guy is moved to
accept you because of pity, he may actually be feeling a sense of
obligation. Would you feel good to have him obligated to be with
you, or would you prefer if he's with you because he's in love with
you & is fully willing?
Just because you're "suffering" due to your love for him doesn't
mean that you're the only person in the world "suffering". There're
millions in the world in the same situation as you. And just
because you're "suffering" due to your love for him doesn't mean he
has to give up a girl he loves for you outta pity.
If 1 day he realises he loves you, then he'll be moved by your
emotions. Otherwise, don't expect anything more.
Added: Oh by the way, your "suffering" may Not even come close to
the love another has for him, if he's already in another
relationship.
