if you were my guy, and you said that to me, i'd roll my eyes
untill they just fall short of rolling out of the sockets. you're
in the wrong, you go tell her how much you're suffering for
what??
when a girl tells you she's got other options, it means she's still
has something for you (albeit just a tiny something). if you still
don't do anything to get her back, you'll lose her forever. and
trust me, telling her how much you're suffering is not the way to
do it.
