You know how cheapskate SMRT is?Bulim is around 550 capacity and theres another round of BSEP buses..Some DAFs,O405s got extended as well.Unless they relocate or upgrade Amdep and Wldep i forsee they will have this overcrowding issues within their depots again.Theres a need for a sub bus park around Central West or East.For SBST they need Arbp replacement and 1 more sub bus park preferably at Northeast.

Maybe they can have one such facility next to Marina South DTL Train Park?

Not Amoy Quee its just opp Apple co.Its the first bus stop for 854/857 from Yishun.The E500MMC is already 340hp/1500nm 8900cc.Hope they get the MAN DDs too

Heard from a BC say there will be BCs sent overseas to be trained to drive these DDs.. Majority of the BCs from KJ and WL...AM only send 3 BCs...

And heard that DDs will be given priority to 190 and 700 once again...

Why nt the training be in Singapore :/

I think at this rate, 190 may get about 22-30 DDs(If they remove all bendy). For 700, maybe 5-8 DDs.

Prob. after 190/700, maybe 960, 963, 188, 971E...I think 972 prob won't get any unless the 450 new BSEP buses includes DD. Same goes to 951E/850E/982E...

Renovate for DD?, maybe enhancements to infrastructure , BB & CCK were using DDs way back then, so its DD friendly to begin with what..

That should not be a surprise. Though 169, 188, 854, 963, 985 should get priority over 700...

I really hope LTA puts DDs on 985.

Yes all of Kranji Depot jurisdiction is DD friendly. So CCK/BPJ/BBT will be the first ones to get DDs.

So if the BC told you all learn bendies from Germany also believe?In fact SMRT request SBST trainers to train their BCs..All ex SBS facilities to SMRT are DD friendly..So suprised why only 3 Amdep BCs selected to train?

Dont trust 100% especially from BC mouth..Some act like they knew everything.
Why they must spend ten of thousand of dollars sending overseas where SBST instructors/EB BCs can teach more efficient ways?
