Hope the MAN Bendy will not have the aircon units on the roof... place it in the bus as existing bendy would be more aesthetic looking...

Last but not least, DUN tune down the engine... taken MAN bendy overseas(EUR), SMB388S lacks power and seems to be choking as it moves...

Hi.

I would like to share with everyone how I think the new livery would look like on the MAN Lion's City DD, and roughly how it would look like on the Double Decker bus models that SMRT has in its bus fleet.

This is done using Photoshop CS3 Extended, on the drawing at http://www.4shared.com/photo/mx0D9Dlk/man_lions_city_dd.html. It is basically a "stretched" version of the new livery that is being applied to the Standard 12-metre buses that SMRT has.

Please advise me on how it could be better, and I will edit the picture and share the edited picture here for further comments. Thanks!

This is probably the first time you see the Double Decker buses of both SMRT and SBS Transit placed together. (Alright, I know I am being lame here. Haha.)

The Alexander Dennis Enviro 500 meets its predecessor, the Dennis Trident III. Would be nice if both meet on the roads too.

Oh boy,have taken the HK E500MMC and the acceleration is way superb for a DD.I really hope they purchase another 30 units of A24s too beside hoping for either VDL or new Citaro single deckers….

well, according to sgwiki.com (http://sgwiki.com/wiki/Singapore_Bus_Trivia#Volvo_B10TL), it is then the Volvo B10TL bus model that is the first to straightaway get the new SBS Transit livery. (I am sorry for the error.)

so, if we put the Volvo B10TL Super Olympian and the Alexander Dennis Limited Enviro500 (the next generation) together, we get a lovely couple - since they are the first Double Decker bus model to straightaway get the new livery of their respective operator.

Someone should ask Team Driverless (https://www.facebook.com/teamdriverless) to draw comics featuring Volvo B10TL and ADL Enviro500 - where both of them finally found each other (their other half) - and are hugging & kissing, or doing some childish actions that couples would usually do when they are dating. #justsaying
