TIB 585L SG I've ever took 1343P on 961 before and it was duty 10, just that last week I took 961 it was 1342S and on the opposite (GL1) was 728S 818R 1343P if 1343P all the while was at that block then yes it is perm.1343P is on the same slot for countless days already since last year. 481C only appeared once or twice in that whole stretch from Nov to present day
