1) If you're not sure, there's a thread called 'Suspected
Redeployments'. Not this thread.
2) The existence of svc guides onboard a bus doesn't necessarily
mean it's perm. The BC might have driven that bus as a cameo on Sv
23, and for the convenience of his Sv 23 pax, taken some guides and
place it on 3756J for that day.
I won't say it's not possible though for 3756J to be perm Sv 23.
But I guess some other guys who spot Tampines spottings everyday
can verify if its true again. Since you spotted it on Sv 10 instead
of Sv 23~
