diablotical SG Any runners here? i want to buy a new running shoes but not sure which type to buy. I know there is some shops where they have a treadmil and they recommend you a shoe according to how u run. Anyone know where is it? I'm running 3 time per week on pavement. each time covering 8 - 16 km. I heard from my friend that racer shoes are painful as they are more suitable for track. Mmm.. as usual. Would prefer something that is cheap, good and look good too.
chaoyang SG trainers from asics or mizunos? my coach always say running shoes are like cars; want cheap and quality ones go for the Japanese brands. Asics a safe choice although they wear out quickly if you use it for everyday walking too. Most durable ones are new balance but the decent ones cost well over $150 at least.
iceFatboy SG look at what other runners are wearing or for that matter, majority of them wearing.good gauge.
chaoyang SG recently saucony just open markets here. very good racers but no good for training and wear out very quicky. and quite ex too but still good for racing
iceFatboy SG check out the new asics shop at marina sq, they were selling one high end one. but typically, asics running and new balance are one of the better ones.
nanren4ever SG New Balance now having offer at Bata. I was at Vivocity just now, and I saw they selling new range of New Balance running shoes for less than $80. However, I am not too sure if they are of good quality/durable. Worth checking it out though.
