Help!
Think I'm going nuts here. I hate to go back to work these
days.
I found out that my boss is having an affair with the company's
outsourced accountant and his wife who's working in the same
company is kept in the dark. After I'd found out of his
indiscretion, I've lost all respect for him as a boss and I find it
very difficult to work with him. I'm very irritable and my patience
is very short whenever we have to communicate. To make matters
worse, I'm in a key position and therefore must communicate with
him.
We have come to a point where it's getting ugly. He doesn't know
that I've found out of his affair. I have decided to resign and
feel that it's the only way for me to maintain my sanity. Boss
wants to know why I'm quitting and why I'm behaving so oddly these
days. Can't bring myself to tell him the truth. Is this being
unprofessional and childish? I
need an answer. Pls help.

Not childish. But professional or not, depends on how you view
it?
In any sense, if it's really affecting you much, it'll probably
affect your professional performance too yeah?
