NhuButler SG I know a younger girl who is quite bitter from her recent relationship. It has made her lose faith in love and probably men in general too. I think, and she confessed, it would be quite difficult for her to be romantically attracted to another guy now. We are nice friends and I quite like her. What's the most constructive thing to do?
[email protected]_arms SG Do nothing. Make urself attractive. U’ve got 1 plus point which is age. Girls like older guys
'm back SG u know how was the "bitter" relationship like in her recent encounter ? if so try to prove to her that no all guys are like her ex. such ladies if u really like her and serious about her no play play one must be true to her....bare ur heart to her and giv her ur everything truthfully...sure she will appreciate it one day
dumbdumb! SG man… hmm. yea.. i guess doing nothing would be good. if you catch her on a rebound.. v likely break up wif u sooner.
NhuButler SG She says she cannot imagine herself with me because we are friends and that she cannot imagine herself liking another guy because of her recent bad relationship. But yet we hang out quite often and get along. How?
_Aaron_ SG When some girls say they just want to be friends with you. They mean it. You're not attractive enough for her at the moment. If you want to be attractive, then read http://www.sgforums.com/?action=thread_display&thread_id=103245 . Hope it comes in handy.
parn SG Be her friend. Allow her to get used and comfortable with your presence in her life first. If she like you in the future, then it is good on you. If she doesn't like you in the future, then at least you still got her in your life. Hmm...as long as she doesn't dislike you, there is always a minimum percentage that she might like you...isn't it? Good luck...everybody needs luck and so do I. (Let's see...what numbers am I going to buy this week.....)
theSquelch SG everyone needs a second chance so does love any plant will blossom given proper care if you really feel for her you should try to win her over not by flashy postuering & dramatics but by simple, gentle, sincere acts because you should take your chance at love too
alien_04 SG She just want someone to talk to, for comfort and support. Nothing more. She need that support now. If you thread further for a more serious relationship, you may no longer be friends, the feelings will be different.
gerrykoh SG Gain her trust. U have to get her to feel comfortable with u, confiding in u. Display yr good qualities & behaviour, so she has good vibes abt u.
reis SG i found myself in this same situation as ur fren too... lost faith in myself n love... kinda erected a emotional barrier whenever anyone tries to express any interest in me... will avoid that person by all means.... until i met someone who started off by being a gd fren to me... started pouring all my insecurities to him n slowly fell for him... it's kinda funny how things can work out.... u are on the rite track.... being a gd fren... but dun frighten her off by telling her u like her.... she's probably not ready for another r/s yet.... take things slow..
