this person is none other than my dad.. ..
i recently found out he is being unfaithful to my mum..

and the worst thing is after i tok to him about this, he still denied and act blur as though nothing has happen..and never even bother toexplain to my mum.. ..

and the worst worst thing is tat he hasnt gave my mum allowance for 1 yr!!! Crying or Very sad

yeah, i know its a touchy subject..but i really have no idea howshould i go about handling this situation.

surprisingly my mum is rather cool about it .. ..and to my greatest shock, she actually knew it very very long ago but just that she never told me.. ...

i know my mum is upset but she is putting a brave front. i feel very sad for her and personally im very disapponted with my dad..

i dunno if i should ask my dad straight what he intend to do or just leave it for him to decide when he wana leave the other woman..

i ges why i haben ask my dad straight is prob scared that he will choose to leave us..which is the last last thing i wana see it happen...

hi there... just something to share with u.. for your info.. should a man stay faithful to a woman is of no use also. she will not appreciate it and in fact call him stupid for being faithful. i stay true to my other half but time n time again i feel as if i m taken for granted. she does not appreciate me n never will. sometimes i dream that another woman will come into my life n i shower her with all my attention and THEN this lady will then realise how much she was pampered and why she did not treasure it.

So sometimes, u can't ask a question in general although i know that most guys are unfaithful. even my dad belongs to that category. maybe thats y i stay failthful to my other half but seriously i feel like shit. just hoping that god will show me someone else who will appreciate my concerns.

the difference between a man and a woman is this,

when a man complains abt the girl being unfaithful, he is seen as whining and the girl is like,left out of the picture. tells him to get a life

when a woman complains abt the man being unfaithful, she is seen as a victim and the man an arsehole.

i am not trying to go aganist iceprincess but if were to count my disillusions with women in my life(including sister, relatives,etc)

i can write a book abt it.
there are alot of ppl i can complain abt too.

just take a step back, look around, look at all the ppl in a worse predicament, come back, rethink,

there are ppl in a worse predicament than u. u are not qualified to complain. neither do u live yr life for others, dont care waht others do/think/say abt you.

i am the only 1 in class who can stand a very attitude prac partner.

Ur mum probably was enduring for the sake of her children, U. ur dad is not leaving u due to parental duty ( i guess). i got a relative and a friend both with family like that one ... 2 mother, 2 family, one father. surprisingly both families can accept each other existence.

i think the best thing is u never confront the problem with ur father. it will force him to make a decision which will hurt everyone. but instead talk to ur mum. let her know u know and show her support. let ur mum talk to ur father about the problem.

sorry if i gave alot of pple here the idea of me complaining...im not complaining and i do agree that im not in the worst state neither am i putting all guys down here.. ..

its just that im very dissapointed and just needed something (this forum) to pour out my tots and thats why im here. as im not comfortable to tell my frens or any1 i noe about what has happened.. so i turn to the technology - Internet.

im not looking for solutions, neither im looking advise...coz no matter what u guys tell me here, in the end i stillhave to make my own decision isnt it..

as for me, well.. lotsa things been happening.. i m in a daze as well.. sometimes i think why i should treat her so speacial when she is just like any other gal.. she not really pretty(but i always say she is).. she ain't rich n the worst thing is i feel she's quite stupid.. yes it's true.. sometimes simple things also she can't catch... but stick with her thru everything n i end up getting hurt. come on la.. won't u like if ur bf puts his arm ard u or even kisses u from time to time on ur cheeks? for mine, she hates it when i put my arms ard her.. and also dislikes me to kiss her cheeks.. now ppl must be thinking that i m whining just cause i m a guy.. sigh.. the list can go on n on.. but i m tired to type.. maybe it's time to end everything and begin a new chapter in my life?

You might want to go look for family counsellor to help your parents understand each other. mostly men stray because they have sexual relieve which their partner cant meet. or maybe because they dont feel anything for each other anymore. whatever it is, it’s best left for a family counsellor to decide what to do since they have alot of experience.
