i have been troubled by this problem of mine for a very long time already, i really need some advice from experts, can any experts around help me out?? i am very obsessed to Materbating, i have to masterbate at least 1-2 times a day,
- am i normal?? Sad
-will i have problem in the future when i want children??
-is there any limitation of hwow much sperm a man can produce?

seriously need help, i noe i should stop, but i jus cant get myself to, so i want to check whether is it normal?will it do me bad??

physically, there should be nothing wrong if you are healthy...

mentally, i dunno... looks like you're suffering mentally about it...

if you wanna stop, maybe you just find something else to fill your time... like reading or exercise?

Masturbating is an ok thing.. But an excessive amt of doing it is a non healthy thing.. You are not considered normal if you masturbate more than 2 times a day 7 days a week.. It shows that you are already obsess with it.. It may affect in future..

There is no limitations to how much sperm is produced.. In a day.. million of sperms are produced. What you can do is to take up more activities to keep yourself away from it.. Try going for running or going to the gym.. Each time you have that thought, you can try to watch tv or maybe meet ur frens to go out.. Try not to always stay home.. Or it will affect you.. Wink
