Not sure... But some guys DO have the habit of wearing just
uundergarment (or even being naked) at home... Even for girls...
It's cooling, it's comfortable...
Though I must admit that it might not be appropriate for him to be
doing such things in front of the webcam, it might have just
slipped his mind?
If there's any chance for benefit of doubt, just let him know that
you're offended by his act. If you're so certain that it's a
delibrate act.. You can just disconnect and / or reject his
invitation, even files a police report for sexual harassment if you
want to?
