well. i am into the first week of my new job too.
just be yourself, open your eyes and ears and learn. there is no
need to be overtly ganjiong. try to learn and understand the
culture there - when you go to rome, you do what the romans do, at
least in the beginning.
but being a newbie is also the time to question how things are done
and the assumptions people have - the fresh eyes perspective. dont
lose sight of that.
