jolin80 SG most of my frd tied their knot at thier early 20s to mi, both of parties must moral trust, be honest and faithfully not to keep things to itself understanding most of them i saw divorce in their early stage too due to misunderstandings so dun rush to get marriage take time take time to make the choice
Lingos SG Then do you think it is a good idea for them to 'live together' at least that's total understanding..
Joshua1975 SG not likely in today world... hmmm i mean singapore. not many ppl are getting married but more are getting out of it today. the D rate is higher than M rate.
Joshua1975 SG in singapore you will not be living together unless you have a roof/house to stay. as for single to have one unless he or she is rich to get one private unit if not must wait till 35 than can get one from HDB in the open market.
Joshua1975 SG if one think it bad it bad, if one think it good than it good. no more such things as gal loose out in today singapore anymore.
the Bear SG career? stable? dammit!! but seriously... does it matter what age as long as both of them are ready.. a couple could be middle 40s and moronic... and they'll still be not ready..
val_star SG think alrite la.. age.. provided the woman is clear of wat shes heading for.. n the man is ready too..
Lingos SG I don't think i'm ready.. or will ever be ready.. Everyone asks when the wedding is... his parents are hinting, thank goodness my mum is anti marriage!! One saving grace.
tranquil2 SG well, living together does indeed foster deeper ties and greater understanding, but, at the end of the day, no matter what happens, in times of conflicts as the relationship develops, it's how commited one is towards the relationship.
tranquil2 SG yeah, it's been much talk about this days... recently, there are just too many articles and columns on divorce and marriages... hmmm.. is the society moving too fast?
Axelheat755 SG Nowadays ppl take divorce like eat a meal like that. thats why so many cases little little bit problem "Divorce ! " Most think want to divorce then earlier better. that way they still have time to get another. nobody wanna try to save the marriage. usual excuse. " No Feeling liao divorce lor" " i got another Dao Tao outside ( mistress )" " she got no time for me and family " " she got another man outside!" " he is a gambler " " he got no money and no job " " Money Money Money! " ( most common )
strawberry lush SG I think there is no ideal age to marriage. It depends on individual. If you are mentally, financially prepared and in love then why not?
Networker SG Ideal age to marry or not.... one must remember that effort must be put to continuously nurture the relationshipeven after marriage else it's no use getting married at the right age too.
