I've seen the demo park side by side with other O405Gs and there's no significant extra length. Its the same length as the other O405Gs

SG wiki states that box bendies are 17.7m, smileys are 17.8m, habits and volgrens are 17.9m...

my BC friend also said that the bus is slightly longer than usual...

By this website, you might get the answer...

This is an A24 with a separate bodywork. Do you call it a Lion's City G?

That is a MAN NG313, one of Transperth's 3 CNG bendies. I believe this model has been superceded by the NG363 that SMB is supposedly getting.

Since the MAN Lion's City range of products are assembled by MAN themselves, is the bus itself an integral product, assembled by MAN themselves just as the Citaro Gs are assembled by Mercedes themselves? No right? So it should be a MAN NG363F (A24).

Should be 18m. Remember the high capacity tender by SMRT? It's general requirement is 18m for articulated bus.

the chassis arrived way before the tender was put up...

TBH, it looks short already(from the picture).

Suspect SMB388S goes KJDEP. Bus was on training at 190 route

SBS9C SG

A24 possible in 18m/18.75m too

It has not been superceded, the chassis is still the same, only the engine lineup has been updated.

Will SMB388S end up as KJDEP TRG after months and production batch are kick in?? Yes, provided the trial is successful~~

carbikebus SG

If this guy u call Mandy then the A22 rigid I should call Mangid(Manjit) as its wearing a turban

OMSI123 SG

The pictures doesn't surprise me, unless mass orders are produced and most are transferred to KJDEP.
