hmm i'd like to tell you about my friend. its kinda related to
my religion oso. nvm la, i'll just tell it as it is ok?
ok, what christians believe is that, their lives are surrendered to
God's will, which is perfect.
my friend, working full time in army la. He met this girl, oso in
church, then he prayed and ask God if she is the one, and the
answer is yes. at that time he dunno yet, the girl oso have good
feelings abt him, but oso seeked God's will first.
anyway, my friend felt that God was saying, yes, she is the one,
but now not is the time. knowing this, he not worried liao. she is
his, its just a matter of when she is his lo. anyway, they were
friends, no dating yet. for over 5 years la. in which, she went
oversea to study, then he was transfered to some other country as a
peace operative. soldier mah, go oversea to keep the peace. then
their only contact is email. and my friend is stupid with computer
one, seldom use email. but he isn't worried, cuz she is his liao.
just a matter of when.
anyway, one day he had an opportunity to send her home, after a
group outing. then he asked her, if he have her permission to pray
about her, not even talking abt going into a relationship, she said
yes. then they waited, while serving God for another 2, 3
years.
finally now, they are together, official dating. still going
strong, after 10 years now. counting the time they are friends
la.
so i dun tink the lack of contact is an issue. for me.. i guess
whether God intends a girl or guy, for you or not. if she is yours,
she is yours, nothing can stop that. besides.. its common belief
that God prepares the best person for you, best in the sense, best
suited to you. 
pls bear in mind i dun mean no contact at all. but
i'm saying, if she isn't intended by God to be yours, no matter wat
u do, her eyes oso wun "open" to see u. or it wun last. shrugs. i
just say wat i see la. take it or leave it
