KUB only for aircon and certain bus the engines are not that
noisy though. there are quite a number of Euro V KUBs had their
radiator repaired or even didnt made a single noise since debut.
But mainly why it is roaring like mad is because the engine oil has
overheated and need change. But one think i dont like is the SMC
doors, loose and noisy when it go thru bumps esp the exit door.
Once it goes thru a series of road cracks, it just goes "crack
crack crack" is like the doors will drop off anytime. The
suspensions not all are bad, some still quite smooth.
For citaro, the aircon i can say it has improved alot. now even
on cold days, u can see mist on the entire bus at night. And most
citaros speed has improved also. Like the starting torque is the
most impt when moving off. As for suspension, it literally
feels like you are floating in the bus .. haha
Roaring radiator nothing to do with engine oil,its mainly the
fan clutch always engage thus thermostat also gone case make it
roar.If u say engine oil need change due to overheat then why some
cdge on 21 keep on running for months with that roar radiator?
