So Chelsea will just stroll against game against Arsenal and then MUFC?
The two teams just love the blues right?? Twisted Evil

I won't say that MUFC has good r/s with other teams, but at least underlying, there is respect. With Chelsea, ask Wenger or RB, I think even the bottom layer of respect is not there.

I think mind games are norm & okie, but there still needs to be some layer of respect but I believe Jose has crossed that. And it is drawing fire from all sides.

SumOne SG

Why can’t some people just accept that Chelsea didn’t play as well they could this year?

gasband SG

I am a Liverpool fan for the last 23 years of my 30 years of life ever since I knew what was soccer haha...

I hate Everton (compulsory haha!).

I hate Man Utd for their arrogance. I wun say all, but most Liverpool fans take this rivalry with Man Utd really seriously and it pains us to see Man Utd running away with titles and getting all the glory. Man Utd will always be my eternal target of hate. No way of reconciliation till i die.

I also hate Chelsea for somehow their reluctance to say others are better than them. They are good, very good in fact but they are not the best all the time. And it irritates us football fans to see a team who is living in illusion that when others win, it is a fluke and they are the God chosen team to win every championship every year.

And as much as i hate to admit, Man Utd played damn well this season. They are outstanding. When i watch them play sometimes, i wish my Liverpool can play like them but of cos, Liverpool will always be Liverpool, they are special to me. But no one can deny the forms of Man Utd players esp Ronaldo. Like Drogba, he has also decided to dive less and show the world what they are really capable of. The difference is that Ronaldo looks like bringing the title back to Old Trafford.

Give credit where credit's due. Next season, I hope, with fingers crossed, Liverpool can be up there with these 2 and contending for the EPL which we all sorely want.

Hi Gasband, don't mind let me just highlight certain things to the clonemaster.

Just re-emphasizing some points. But on a sidenote Gasband, I doubt the pro-Chelsea clonemaster would get it. Apologies if my quoting your post disturbs you.

gasband SG

haha no problems lah, aiyah there are all kinds of fans, I also hate to lose just like these "clonemasters" as u called them haha... but well i dun react the way they did. It is a game afterall. Mr. Green

SumOne SG

Cheers. I just look forward to a good game. Personally I don't mind who wins at Anfield this week, either way the clonemaster will make noise.

If Chelsea wins, they will come here and gloat. If they lose, they will come and KPKB. Some people are just so..... bo liao.

Slight preference for Liverpool coz I want to see Man U vs Liverpool. The two clubs with the rich history. Also England's two most successful clubs in Europe to date.

Frogleg888 SG

I hope Liverpool lose.Cos if Liverpool win, they will 100% lose to Man U in the final(provided man u win AC).Neutral fan like me will not like too see Man U win treble. Shocked

lpx88 SG

The ball is round..anything can happen..who expected Both of them to stage their own respective comeback wins in their latest cup wins?

UandMe SG

sure or not 100%.

then i can bet all my fortune on Man U to win man.

SumOne SG

Didn't Liverpool beat Man U in the FA Cup last season?

Frogleg888 SG

Liverpool 2X lost to Man u this season. Sad

SumOne SG

But Liverpool tends to be pretty good where cups or concerned. At least, that's what I feel.

glacer SG

if Liverpool comes up against Manchester United in the Champions League final, the only difference is there is gold on the line, as Manchester United is an english side and liverpool, is also an english side. the reason Liverpool won Chelsea in 2005 is because of 2 factors, their defence and tactics, of course with a little big of luck. But up against Manchester United, Manchester United have a undoubtedly attack force and i think that they would play the match as if it were an EPL match, and Rafa Benitez has not mastered the English game thus if the final is between Liverpool and Manchester United, it would be Manchester United’s as Liverpool cannot match their speed and firepower

JLennon SG

Not during cup finals against Man Utd. Mr. Green

lalaTearz SG

liverpool tend to be better in cups? losing 6-3 to arsenal in duno wat cup..i forget..carling or FA cup..call gd?? somemore at anfield...i bet manu to win liverpool...SAF is much more better den Benitez..gerrard is not the 1 from last season...if chelsea vs manu i would bet chelsea to win.. coz i m chelsea fan..but i think epl race most likely is over...but hope miracle will happen..haha...gd luck chelsea!!!

SumOne SG

Oh yeah.... Kinda forgot about that. Must have been sleepy. But then again, they didn't try their best for the 6-3 match. Fielding Dudek and some other players who weren't playing regularly. It's like they weren't even trying. Tactical backfire on Benitez's part.

But you're sure to see them go full force for the matches ahead. Beginning with the match against Chelsea at Anfield.

Liverpool winning the Champs League and the FA Cup two seasons ago were by no means flukes.

4getmenot SG

can't agree more more Mr. Green

oliverpang SG

Ok enlightend me on this point.

Chelsea bought two titles with money
You can only win title with home-grown quality, and not assembled a team of mercenaries.

I dun tink it makes any sense. Neutral

ghimpheng SG

i can't help but to agree with you

Evra , Ferdinand , van der Sar , Cristiano Ronaldo , Louis Saha , Wayne Rooney , Park Ji-Sung , Louis Saha , Alan Smith , Nemanja Vidiæ , Michael Carrick , Djemba Djemba , Forlan , Ruud van Nistelrooy , Roy Carroll , Barthez

all this players are not home grown i beileve and some of them are bought using big sum of money

no money = no success

with money = possible success

look @ real madrid classic example of club with money and bought alot of players big home stadium but did not win anything this few years

lpx88 SG

All the above players transfer add up together i believe still not as much as Chelsea's transfers 1 lor....and Real have an effin screwed management mah...
