I can tell you this much - be prepared to have no life if you
choose part time study. I am nearing the end of a part time course
and I've just about had it.
I stuck with this course even though I know that public sector
organizations discriminate against part time overseas degrees,
because I don't believe that education is just about getting the
certificate. That's bullshit. Of course, to be fair and practical,
without the piece of paper, you're in no man's land too.
If I were you, I'd seriously consider what kind of future you
envision for yourself and decide the best way to reach it,
regardless of whether it's through a local university (F/T) or an
overseas institute (P/T). If your parents can afford to support you
and are willing to do so, just take their help. Money can be earned
later. IF not, there's always part time work which gives you some
income, and allows you time to focus on your studies, and if you
can manage your time, to have some fun too.
