293 just need 3 perm split DDs and 2 perm A/P DDs that's all
cause most of the loads only a few stops unlike 291
sv 293 loading would be more than sv 291 but just that there are
multiple other options because of which its loading is managed
well.
West loop - Ave 8 - people prefer to take sv 69 as direct option
to MRT. Ave 5 - people prefer to take sv 34, 69, 291 rather than
293. People living along st 71 can also walk down to Ave 9 from
where they can get 27, 72, 168 that are quicker to MRT than sv 293.
On Ave 3 itself people have an option between sv 291 and sv
293.
On the east loop - people can take sv 28 or sv 29 to reach their
destination as well.
sv 291 on the other hand is the solo service connecting most of
the HDB flats. Hence, its loading appears higher than sv
293.
