From some comments made on the news articles :
"I guess the 250 extra buses doesn't include Tampines town link
bus number 291. Commuters are still spending an average waiting
time of 20 minutes, just waiting for the bus to arrive during peak
hours. Queues stretched up all the way down 2-3 bus
berths!"

Is it really an effective way to just keep adding flavourings to
the awful soup? Or should the govt. start tasting the REAL first,
solve and brainstorm, before making the next step??
