* Suspect the new MAN A22s are using back the Batch 1 type of retarder... Onboard SMB1394S just now, it doesn't have the noisy sound... SMB1383Z another one with Batch 1 radiator, so likely the noisy ones are SMB135x - SMB137x... BSEP ones need people to check...

it was in WLDEP with SMB140 on thursday doing the spraying and final touch up on the new livery... then both were moved to WLBP in the evening... and those ppl who snapped the photos are there on friday...... and right now SMB30Z still in WLBP and now its livery are wrapped up in black trash bags, together with 5 regoless MAN A22..

Yeah, 140P left WLBP that time. 30Z should be kept under WLBP for now.

With 800 new buses, condition of the current buses are DAMN POOR.

Maybe LTA should introduce more work to cleaners to join the bus companies. Let's say the fare divides into 80% to company, 20% to cleaner company, why not :o

TIB1226S- The bus i rode on just now. The driver really step hard on the accelerator, i nearly flown off my seat when the bus accelerated thru Upp Bt Timah Road after Cashew Road. Driven by Singaporean perm 963 driver with a cap. Freaking fast bus, the turbulence is just scary

Any Singaporean bus driver who has brains will do that while minding himself. Another example was on TIB973A on 67

Onboard 6U from Boon Lay int to CCK int between 12.20pm to 12.55pm approx. Front bus was at least 15mins away so there was much peeps, and also coz today is Friday, more people board 172 to go to the mosque at Jalan Bahar, Old CCK Rd and Teck Whye. Bus was full at 2 instances (between ShengSiong Jalan Bahar and JalanBahar mosque, Blk464 along CCK ave 3 and Blk204 along CCK ave 1). Bus (AP04) meet other buses at approx these locations:

AP05: Blk 662D

AP06: Sheng Siong Jalan Bahar

AP07: Bus stop before Old CCK Rd

AP01: Cheng Tai Nursery

AP02: Sunshine Place

AP03: CCK Dr and ave 4 junction

AM04 driver barely have 5 mins rest time at both Boon Lay and CCK int....

Without entry readers you tell me how to collect fares. It's SBST problem that the readers spoil so the pax should not be charged extra by paying for tickets.

Should've flashed the EDS with EZ-LINK out of order. Or light up that box which has PAY CASH on it (some old buses have it like the VO3x).

By using this method I always frequently thought that the EDS glitched. It wasn't quite useful in some ways.

This happened ytd afternoon at 2pm.

SMB294D AM driver just ended shift at 2pm on 961. Bus stopped beside TIB1245L when the bus on 901 is turning out. Poor perm 901/900 SL have to wait for 5 mins to turn out coz SMB294D have quite a number of elderly pax and all of them are walking slowly. After TIB1245L manage to turn out, 1 more elderly alighted and was walking slowly on the empty bus slot. That old man can kene hit by bus if there is going to park there.

SMB294D Friday AM driver is a PRC driver.

Sembawang ONP now is all Wldep buses right?I remember all amdep 167 & 980 buses at depot already..Geylang now Onp for Amdep 961,985 & RWS8 only?

Now Wldep/Wlbp services all over SMRT bus interchanges

852 @ Bukit Batok,925 @ Choa Chu Kang...Bukit Panjang yet to see Amdep buses there unless 75 & 970 is dual control with Amdep.Kjdep svc yet to see at Sembawang and Yishun unless 167 minor duties is handed over to Kjdep from Amdep and 852 Wldep duties handed to Kjdep

I was pissed off today with one driver (SMB342Z). Was waiting for 963R aft work at Harboutfront MRT bus stop. Then i saw 963R from far, in front was SBS6056B on 131 n SBS5150T on 97. Then me and some others went to the back to board 963R, to our surprise, 963R didnt stop at the bus stop, i thought it went in front but 963R just skipped the bus stop without checking for pax. Me and a few people went like WTH just happened and i took 97 and alighted near Telok Blangah MRT and took 963 (TIB731G) home.

Surprisingly the trip was really fast and also my bus caught up with 342Z at Marsiling MRT. When both reached interchange, i alighted from 963 and went in front to see 963R who was waiting to park. To my surprise, the driver was a PRC and i was like why did he skipped the stop just now, is this proper procedure of SMRT SLs now? I tot when there 2 bus in front, the 3rd bus must stop behind and not skip the stop?

P.S 342Z was relatively empty when it zipped passed me @ Harbourfront MRT
