if the feelings you have with the person you are with now is mild compared to what you felt with previous r/s, is it possible to convince your heart to love the current one?

if you enjoy spending time with someone. if you are happy when you are cuddling up to that someone, if you held hands and shared kisses, if you rush to his/her side when he/she is sick, does that mean you are falling in love?

if the person is caring for you, treating you so better then what you have experienced, is it silly to end it all just becos you don't know if he/she is the one?

how do you know if the person really loves you and is not just being with you because he/she can get 'things' from you?

Agony Aunt columns always advise others to take some time to grieve for the demise of a past r'ship before entering into a new 1, precisely due to situations like these. It wldn't be fair to the new partner nor u otherwise...

If u've taken the time to grieve & let go of ur previous r'ship, then note tt the current 1 u haf is juz starting to blossom. Wif time, u may find tt u can't live without this current 1.

Your past experience and current experience totally conflicts one another. You became a little skeptical and cautious this time around because you don't want to risk repeating history.

Your kind of situations will occur due to two possible scenarios:

I) You enter into a next relationship much faster than you take to recover from the previous one. Your mind and heart is still fresh from the cuts you took prior before and it remains there. Why compare? Why convince? Love is just love... Not a competition... When you're in love, you don't have to convince yourself... Because you'll just find yourself in it....

Could be? Could be care and concern too? Love by the huge definition covers a big area... Even love for a friend or loved one (not bgr but maybe your grandma or what...?)

Of course it's silly. You probably won't know if he / she is truly the one for you till the day you die? Unless it really bothers you so much? Why bother yourself yourself with so many questions when you can just instead by enjoying the sweetness and other experience of love?

Give yourself a chance with this person. It's something your heart wants afterall. And probably something the other person hopes for too. You might regret not opening yourself up.

Give everything for this new relationship. And if it really doesn't work out for any reason, at least you know you tried. And you won't have to live with regret for not trying.
