tat is so sickening to hav someone eating tat much eggs per week.....cholesterol high leh.

plus healthy diet too

drink green tea.. of cos not the packet ones.. it helps to slow down cholestrol intake…

in eggs, quail eggs haf the highest cholesterol. 780mg/100g compared to normal egg 395mg/100g. suprised? Smile
