truth is a question i think no one can answer. what is truth? Whose truth? even truth in what kind of circumstances, at a certain point in time can become false at the next moment when other facts are presented.

Trust is more like talking about having faith in the friendship / relationship between two people.... is it freely given? is it earned?

Truth and trust are v different things....

I have a hard time trusting people. Especially if I think they're idiots :p My guide is - be trusting, but always have a Plan B in case someone screws up.

even if its someone close...
often we hear/see some things that contradicts wad we tot to be the truth...does it mean then its all a lie?
well its hard to determine for sure...so its best to give the benefit of the doubt..however..sometimes we juz have to trust our our instincts...
