Why not give a try? You never know until you try right?
Anyway, either is top 20% or 10% there is some truth to it: Just
think, every year, 4 polytechnics (and in the near future,5 poly)
producing same amount of students with EEE background, you can be
sure the there will be competition getting into EEE course and more
diffcult to getting into Computer Engineering course (i.e. NTU's
Comp Eng). Not only that, you have to compete with past year poly
graduates too. So you never know until you try!
But anyway, if you can get in full-time, get in part-time. I doing
my part-time BTW, I can switch to full-time if the dean allow.
