Try Gourmand. It's located @ the New Wing of Paragon. Take the escalator up to the 2nd level. When u see Guess, make a U Turn. Go all the way to the end, descend the steps, voila Razz

Great ambience & reasonable prices. Lobster bisque, IIRC, only S$10. Foie Gras only S$19+. Then u can choose between US Prime Steaks or Australian Steaks : )
