Sunshine08 SG How do people who just break up can become friends soon? Share your experiences? I try to be friends but i keep having the thoughts of patching someday, hoping someday it will happen although i try not to but its hard because i’m still missing him.

Yunhaier SG There is only one possibility for this scenario to happen (Break up and become friends soon) - when both of them had a mutual communicated break. Usually, this relationship had went on for a decent period of time and no-foul play happened in the relationship. Both acknowledge that the relationship had to end for personal and specific reasons and decide upon the mutually agreed fate. As long as you habour the thoughts highlighted in red above - usually, you won't be able to achieve true platonic friendship. This is what you call love's magnetic pull that will influence you and draw to its side. Unless you have good emotional control, its difficult to hang away from love's pull. Cheers
