11:40p.m., which means the bus depart RWS at 11p.m.
Buses depart after 11p.m. will loop at Grange Rd [Orchard/
Tanglin]
138 already goes to zoo. Can maybe extend last bus till a little
bit later, save trouble of having 2 fleets from 2 svcs passing by
zoo.
